How do I finish cooking a Light Baked pizza?

Preheat your oven to 475-500degrees. Don’t skimp on the preheating! Give it plenty of time to get hot. 

Rip some corners of your pizza box to make it easy to slide your pizza right onto an oven rack. Only the pizza! Make sure to keep the paper liner out of the oven. 

Close your oven door and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. It’s ok if an edge has to fold over a bit to close the door. Watch your pizza until it’s reached your desired coloring/temperature. Anything you received from us is already fully cooked from a food safety standpoint. 

When complete, align your box up with the edge of your oven rack and slide your pizza back into the box. Slice it up and enjoy!

There are two options presented to you at checkout - 'Now' & 'Later'  

If you select 'Now', please locate your Approximate Pick Up Time on the final confirmation screen. This is the only opportunity to see your pickup time. It will range from 20-45min depending on the number of orders ahead of you.  We operate to have your orders ready for pickup at exactly this time, or a few minutes later.  

If you select 'Later', you can select from 15min blocks of time for the current day as well as for 2 additional days in advance. 

(This type of order will not be available from 7:00pm through 7:45pm each evening. The option will return at 7:46pm.) 

If the system says your order can't be accepted at this time, you can try to schedule your order for a later time. 

Hit the 'Later' button right above that message  You can select from the remaining 15min blocks of time. If the time is unavailable, we can not accept any more orders to be due at that time. 

The system will allow you to schedule orders for the current day as well as for 2 additional days in advance.

We operate to have your orders ready for pickup at exactly this time, or a few minutes later.  

Yes we do! They can only be purchased in the store; but once they're activated, they can be used to place online orders.   

An 18” pizza (8 slices) feeds 3-5 adults.  

We do not offer catering sizes of our menu items. Please contact us at info@elmarsnypizza.com for help placing larger pizza orders.
